Thank you for your interest in our Christmas in July show. Listed below is the general information. You can download the application and rules and regulation forms below. You can download the forms in either PDF or Microsoft Word form.
The show will feature handcrafted items from local artists and vendors. There will be a cafe available for our vendors and customer convenience.
Please read the vendor rules & regulations carefully before submitting your application. All booths are on a first come first serve basis.
We will give door prizes periodically during the day. If you wish to donate an item for the door prizes please indicate that on your application. Send us a picture of the item you are donating and we will display it on the door prize section of the Featured Vendor page.
We want our Vendors and customers to feel welcome and comfortable. I hope you will join us and help to make this show a success
Tables & Chairs will be provided upon request, please indicate
whether or not you will need a table on your application.

A portion that we recieve for booth rentals will always be used for one of the charities we sponser. The only fee charged to the vendor is the booth rental. We do not charge a commision of any kind
Forms are downloadable in your choice of pdf or word documents, or you can choose to use the online form to sign up immediately. Several payment methods for booth rental are available. You can choose to mail in your check or money order, call to process a credit card over the phone, use the credit card authorization form included in your application.
